2. Trophies & Awards


Within our club we have a number of special Trophies that we present on an annual basis to deserved club members and teams of these awards. These are presented at our prestigious end of year Presentation Evening at the closing of the season.

Below are the Trophies and some detail around these awards.

The Premier Trophies Cup - Club Member of the Year

This cup donated by Premier Trophies is presented to the most outstanding club member of the year who has been recognised for such award by the club members for their outstanding contributions to the club over the season.

The Chairmans Cup - Manager of the Year

This cup is presented to a club manager who has been recognised for such award by the club management for outstanding contributions to the club over the season.

The Tony Slocombe Cup - Club Team of the Year

Donated by one of the past founders of the club; Tony Slocombe. This cup is presented to a Club Team that has been recognised for such award by the club management for outstanding performance within the club over the season.

Darryl Bartlett Trophy - Managers Player of the Year

This shield is in memory of a former club member; Jordan Bartlett who’s father, Darrel Bartlett, sadly passed away in 2006 and the team had asked for the trophy to be passed onto the club to continue recognising a person each year who has shown commitment to their club, the opposition, the officials and their fellow players, in the face of adversity.

RAF Shield - Club Player of the Year

This shield was donated by the RAF as a club sponsor in 2011 and is presented to a Club Team Player has been recognised for such award by the club members for outstanding contributions to their team and club over the season.

RAF Shield - Club Parent of the Year

This shield was donated by the Royal Air Force, as a club sponsor in 2011, and is presented to a Club Parent has been recognised for such award by the club management for outstanding contributions to the club over the season.
